The Crucial Cheese
Some poeple would ridicule me mercilessly because I used measuring spoons and measuring cups for everything but in my defense this was my first time and I didn't want to f it away. Also I used every one of the possible cheeses mentioned in the recipe because I didn't want to skip the one that would turn out to be the crucial cheese.
Lessons learned:
1) Mozzerella is impossible to grate.
2) Buy a real saucepan.
3) Save more cheese for the top.
It's still in the oven. My only baking dish is too small I think (8x8), but I had one of those foil cake pans left over from christmas (8x14) so I used that. Hope it works? I'll take a picture if I can get it out of the oven without the pan collapsing all over the kitchen.
Ha! It doesn't look right. Too much mozzerella, not enough browning, not bubbly at all. It's still going to be delicious but I need help next time.

That is hilarious! Umm, it would have been easier if you had bought shredded cheese. Hmm. Ok, I can't stop laughing but I am not laughing at you!
How was it?
I am making chick peas and sweet peas with zucchini for dinner tonight. I will try to take a picture and post.

Of course, you wouldn't laugh at me. Thank you so much. It tasted... hard. I think I needed to cook the macaroni a little longer but I wanted to be sure not to overcook it. Also it was super peppery. Next time no measuring spoons.

I should have taken a picture - mine came out delicious and soft. Seriously! I will try taking pictures as I make it so you can see it.

Yes please miss smarty pants I need help please. Just got home, had to work all night I sure am groggy now. It is supposed to snow again tomorrow, I am not happy about this news. Have a great day at work. You're sexy.
