Rules and Regulations
There is a thing I do which makes no sense. (!) If I start reading a book and it turns out to be bad, I will force myself to finish reading it before I start another one. I'm not allowed to stop reading, I will suffer and complain silently and pick it apart and curse the author but I will follow through. I know I'm getting nothing out of it but I don't want to waste the book. Also I'm hoping for redemption, maybe there is a little part which I'll find very good and worthwhile but in the case of the book I'm reading now I'm sure there is no such part.
Other things I do:
-At night I arrange my items in a row for the next morning. Keys, ID, smokes, lighter, phone, in that order. And I say those words. "Keys, ID, smokes, lighter, phone."
-If I am in bed and I suspect that I left the stove on I will get out of bed and check the stove. This would be normal, except that it is never on and I check it routinely.
-When I get home from work and I want to relax, I am not allowed to do it until every task which needs to be done that day has been taken care of. Sometimes I am really tired and I think I'll let some business slide until later, but if I try this I am unable to sit still or relax and I am forced to get up and do whatever work it is, even if it is a tiny little thing.
-If my carpet needs vacuuming I will do it instantly.
-I keep bags of chips in the fridge after I open them because I think bugs will crawl in. (There are no bugs here.)

Thanks a lot. Now I will start putting all my chips in the fridge. I never even thought something could crawl in there. Ugh (shivering in disgust).
You might have a slight case of OCD buit it is no big deal unless it starts impairing your every day functioning. Considering that I do not have any of these things you describe, it may also be age related
: P
I do the book thing though. and it is irritating. i did give up on reading a book once but then i went back to it because it kept eating at me.
I am reading the Twilight series and want to see the movie badly. Do I need help?

HAHAHaha make fun of the old man he is senile and his car is small.
Apparently there are millions of others who like the Twilight series and want to see the movie too, I've never heard of it. Must be for girls. I'd be happy to help you if you think you need it.
I apologize for making you put your chips in the fridge now, once you start it is impossible to quit. I have no idea where this idea of bugs in the chips came from.

Ugh. I think I will have to keep my rice and pasta in the fridge too. Yucky.
Twilight is not for girls silly it is written for 12 year old children. Like Harry Potter (never got into that). I am on the last book of the Twilight saga and of course I stayed up until 2 reading it. The book is 754 pages and I am almost halfway through.
On my way home I will attempt to buy a bootleg movie (Gasp, did I just write that?)

Self incriminating evidence left behind on that one but very funny! What movie will you get? I think it is too bad you got married because I would like to go on a movie date with you at my house, there could be dancing too.
Topic #2: I am so silly of course it's not for girls it's for 12 year olds! What was I thinking??? Sounds excellent. There is a chance you might need help after all.
Rice and pasta in the fridge: Common sense says yes. Or special tupperware.

You people are full of it. It is possible to lead a healthy productive life without buying a special container for everything in the house. especially if you already have a fridge. those containers look mighty small to me (long and thin).
I am thinking about dinner. What to make? Maybe I will just make mac and cheese. What do you think? If you say yes, I will post the recipe for you!

this recipe is for a box of pasta (although I use a little less)
elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 cups cheese (I have used mozzarella, cheddar, asiago, parmesan, muenster, whatever cheese you like [ i usually mix cheeses because I never have enough of one and I almost never have cheddar])
Cook pasta to al dente. Do not overcook.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; whisk in flour until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk, and cook, whisking constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, black and red pepper, 1 cup shredded cheese, and cooked pasta.
Mixture will be very soupy. This is OK as the pasta will continue to absorb liquid from the sauce as it bakes. Pour the whole mess into a lightly greased baking dish.
Top with remaining 1 cup cheese and bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Simple and yummy!

That is what I am making for dinner tonight. I might go buy cheddar, because, according to Roy that is what Americans make mac and cheese from. I thought they made it with fake cheese that comes in a packet. Hmh

Thank you M, this will be my dinner tomorrow night and I will take pictures so you can see how I do. There might be flour everywhere, every time I get the flour out it somehow flies all over the kitchen. I can't wait, perfect choice for wintry weather!

I care not what Roy thinks. I think the mixture of cheeses like you do would be the best. I wish I could try yours.

I am going home now!!! I am sooo tired. I just want to drink hot chocolate, lay in bed and read the teenage book.
I will go to the store and buy cheddar. I am not shredding it. I will just dice it. because I am lazy.
When you add milk to the flour mixture make sure you continually mix with a whisk otherwise you will get little balls of uncooked flour.

Okay, good night M. I want to lay in bed with you and drink hot chocolate.
