Teach me how to be less old
Daylight savings has me screwed up, it's only six but it's dark out and I've already had my dinner so I thought it was time for bed, and it feels like it is time for bed too. For dinner I made spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread, but I forgot to eat the garlic bread and now I'm too full. My apartment is soo warm and cozy, the lights are just right and I've got some music on, a full tummy... I could pass out right here.
I think I work too hard, I need to focus on not doing that. My friend is retiring this week, it's going to suck after he's gone, that's who I smoke with. He is planning on fleeing the country when he gets out.
So, Obama! The Democrats held it together for a change. I think McCain's biggest downfall was that he appeared to be Bush II, whether true or not. I'll miss Tina Fey doing Palin.
We skipped our after work run today, too tired. We're going to try it during lunch tomorrow when we're more fresh, the race is coming up in just a few weeks! Time goes by too fast, that's a sign of being old. Another sign is making garlic bread and then forgetting to eat it.
I've been reading a book called Against Medical Advice and it's by James Patterson but it's a true story written from the point of view of a boy with Tourette's syndrome, not what I normally read. It is such a bizarre condition! I know a guy in VA who's got it, he doesn't have the physical tics so much but he says inappropriate things at just the wrong moment. It's so wierd, whatever would be the worst possible thing to say, that's what he'll say, and the kid in the book is the same way. It's kind of a girl's book.
My brother got another tv show, I think it's called How I met Your Mother, AKA the show with Doogie Howser on it. I think the guy from Forgetting Sarah Marshall is also on that show. (Good movie.) Another good movie was In Bruges, with Colin Farrell.
The assistant thing is nothing, women try to be my assistant sometimes, this is not new. No chance, poor women. I'm done!

I am off to watch True Blood now. I recorded it. I love that show. It sucked really bad at first but my friend told me to stick with it and it doesn't seem so bad anymore. Very exciting. I have a wedding to attend this Sunday so I have to go dress shopping tomorrow. I am leaving everything to the last minute.
How I Met Your Mother is a good show, so I heard. If you tell me when he will be on I will watch it.
I want to watch Boys Don't Cry tonight. I never saw that movie. That and Donnie Darko.
Gotta take a shower now. I feel dirty because it was yucky outside when I walked home from the train.

That is a one of a kind house. Too bad it's in WA and probably valued in the millions while their neighbors are in the 150-200k range.
Today we realized that we can't go to the track at lunch time because the high school kids are still there, and now it's raining so we can't go today either. Hopefuly it will clear up this weekend?

Is there a way to refresh the page on your berry? I don't know how they work, but I bet it stores the older version sometimes, so refreshing would fix that if it is possible.

Oh, that dress is going to look GREAT on you, and strapless too, I love it... I would jump right on top of you instantly if you came near me. I am not joking. Roy is a lucky man, I would be very proud to take you out with me. All the other men will be very jealous, and that includes me!
Let me try to answer all your questions this time.
1)The tv show, I don't know when it's on. Usually it takes a few weeks so I guess in a few weeks. I will definitely post when I find out.
2)Juicy gossip: There is none darling. I am not ever marrying anyone, you know my reason. I try not to be rude but sometimes when questioned about it I just groan or go, "uggh" or sigh frustratedly, I can be a real ass. The way I see it, I had my shot.

Dobro jutro, the rain has stopped and the sun is coming out, looks like a beautiful Sunday! Making some breakfast and some coffee, going to have a nice relaxing morning and then get a haircut and do some Sunday laundry. I can't help it, my rotation keeps falling that way!
