Sarah Palin is adorable
I was so excited for the Office last night that I forgot about the VP debate. I cursed a little.
I couldn't stay up past ten so I recorded it, but watched the first hour. Sarah Palin looked nervous but I was listening to CNN on the way in to work this morning and they were commenting on how relaxed and un-nervous she was. Anyway, she's very likeable and I guess that's important.(?) She reminds me of somebody I know...

Hi baby! I just got home after a long day of sightseeing in Maine. My mom is doing well and she likes it here. I forgot to bring my camera but I took lots of pictures with my phone, we'll see if any of those turned out tomorrow. Right now I have to get to bed, the race is in the morning and I need my sleep! She reminds me of you, silly, adorable!!!

You just can't resist the trailer jokes. The race was great, it was a beautiful day and a beautiful course (with big stupid hills) and I had a great run. When I finished I called my Dad, told him I was through, he said, "Did you win?" No, I didn't win. "Okay, are you ready to go then?" I didn't even get to hang out and watch the other finishers, I had to hurry home and shower and he came over to pick me up for shopping and other tourist stuff, which we did all day. I just got home, it's almost nine now. I am SO EXHAUSTED. I am pitiful. I feel like this is the most tired I have ever been. I do not want to go to work tomorrow! They are leaving in the morning, I think they will drive down through New Hampshire and Connecticut, do some more sightseeing. They had a great time, we ate lots of lobster and I saw a lot more of Maine, took some pictures too. I'll post tomorrow.

They drove up to see you? I thought they would fly. I guess i keep thinking VA is farther than it really is. I think I am going to DC next month! Finally, I have been waiting to go there for YEARS!!!

It is pretty far, they split the drive into two days. DC, you will be right in their neighborhood. Are you going there because you dumped Roy and now are ready to marry a real husband? If so I will be right down.
