The daily
Just finished watching the Olympic men's marathon, those guys are sick. The lead pack did the first mile in 4:40, wtf I would be through after one mile at that clip. Good inspiration though now I feel like going for a run, tomorrow I'll rip it up. I've been building up a group of guys to run with during the week, last week I took a fast pace at the track and was still going after everyone else dropped out. When I got near my finish a couple of them joined back up with me and were running along behind, they said hey look it's like Rocky with the kids following, they started singing the Rocky theme, joking. That's a story that was pretty funny at the time but doesn't really sound too good when I write it down, huh. Anyway damn those Olympians are fast.
