Hows yours mine sucks
One thing a lot of people may not realize is that its okay to not stop writing to me, kseriouslythanks. I take it things are going extremely well with you, very busy, etc.
I checked into work today, stated over one thousand times that I am single. First question out of everyone's mouth, "Hey welcome, how's your love life?" Tomorrow I will stamp a big L on my forehead. Whatever, boring. Bleahhh!
I am staying in a hotel room until I find an apartment, meanwhile my furniture is in storage and my car is loaded up with boxes. I don't like driving it here, there are rocks and dirt and slush puddles all over the roads and I can hear it getting dirty. This morning it was obviously attacked by an ice monster, big scary ice crystals with hair and teeth and they were growling at me.
The drive up here between Florida and Virginia: poopoo. Rain the whole way, the kind of really hard torrential downpour that makes you say, "Really?" There was a tornado warning and the news on the radio said to get off the road, I was like, "Really!" Virginia to New Jersey was easy and getting to Maine from there was beautiful. It was a nice bright day and the traffic was light and the roads through there are big and relatively scenic so I enjoyed it. Took my time, stopped several times for coffee and still made it in six hours, not bad.
This town is so different! It's very Mainish. If you've ever been to the oldtown section of any normal place then you have an idea of the atmoshphere here. Very Stephen King. I shall take pictures.
I'm home early and I think I'll take a nap. I want to be like this guy:
