Standing horizontal
I felt that I deserved a treat so I bought strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and bananas, and I'm making smoothies!
My first official week of marathon training is over and just as I feared my legs fell off and my brain melted.
I was too tired to shower but I thought okay fine I'll just pop in for a quick second and rinse off. I got in and started washing, everything normal so far, and the next thing I knew I was sitting down. I think I had been like that for a while because I felt like I just woke up but the water was hitting my legs and it felt good so I made no attempt to stand and then a little while later I realized that I was lying down. This was going too far, so I tried to stand and my body sent me hateful pain messages and I cursed myself. Also, I may not be the best judge of how hot things are but I believe it is over a thousand degrees outside today.
