Quiz
There was a cockroach on my ceiling and I was distressed because:
a) I have never seen a cockroach on my ceiling.
b) I didn't think I had cockroaches in my apartment.
c) It was kind of high so I thought I might miss it when I went to kill it and then it would fall or start flying and touch me.
d) I didn't know for sure whether they could fly.
The correct answer is e) all of the above.
I procrastinated (uncharacteristically). Trying to ignore the problem, I continued the business at hand which was sitting and watching tv, glancing up every few seconds to determine whether or not it was moving. At some point when he thought I wasn't paying attention he tried to make a break for it. He stood still when he saw me look but he was now a good three inches closer to the wall.
"You're a dead man," I said out loud.
Not wanting to get underneath and give him the advantage, I threw my shoe from where I was sitting and missed by a mile. Chunks of my plaster ceiling flew all over the carpet. The cockroach started to scurry, uncool.
I made a matrix style leap from the couch to midair with the other shoe and hit him square on the jaw, one of his wings came off and almost touched me and the rest of him fell straight down with more of my ceiling. I was afraid to vacuum him up because he might come back to life inside my vacuum cleaner. I really don't understand the nature of cockroaches, what they can and cannot do, how to kill them for good, etc. I played it safe and flushed him.

I don't like roaches. I need a better post. MY BABY IS COMiNG Back TOMORROW. I am in a bar getting drunk for the last time. Poor my sister in law she is only 20 and this is her first time drinking. I will get her drunk!

I wonder if she'll be ready to come home, she must have had a great time! I bet she's missing you a lot too and she can't wait to see you. Little girls are not like old people who get tired and worn out on vacation, that's what I do.
I have to run nine miles today, I am trying to get inspired somehow. I am going to eat a healthy breakfast and drink my coffee of course and hopefully I will feel good when I get started, I know it's going to feel good when I'm done.
I don't like roaches either I was very upset to find that one in here. I haven't seen any others, I think it's going to be okay.
