Too tired to go to the gym today
This weekend was fun, we had Friday off so we took advantage of the long break and went down to Orlando to visit Universal Studios and Island of Adventure, maybe play a little golf and have some drinks.
We went to Universal Studios first, screamed at everything to make it more interesting.
E.T. ride, bloodcurdling screams.
Back to the future ride, bloodcurdling screams.
The Mummy ride, bloodcurdling screams.
The Shrek thing, screams too.
Island of Adventure next, we bought the express pass so we didn't have to wait in any lines. Best $20 I ever spent. The Hulk rollercoaster was the first and the best ride, bloodcurdling screams obviously, same with Dr. Doom. I didn't piss my pants or anything but it was pretty scary.
The Ripsaw is one of those log rides where you get soaking wet, we shared our log with an old lady and a little kid. Bloodcurdling screams. The Spiderman ride was pretty good too but not scary at all. Bloodcurdling screams nevertheless.
We tired ourselves out around 7:30 and went back to the hotel for drinks at the bar and the pool. There was a cute Puerto Rican girl there from Jersey. I had my eye on her but she showed an interest the second night after cocktails and on third night she introduced herself again as if we had never met before. Maybe she had some kind of mental handicap.
The other girl was British. Normally I love women with accents but British accents don't do it for me for some reason, its not sexy. I don't want to get into analyzing why because who cares. What was nice though was her legs. she had some serious legs, I mean serious business. On the third night she gave us a bucket of chicken, which was nice but not what I had in mind.
We looked around for a par 3 golf course but had no luck, so we played putt putt instead. No need to bother with details about who won and who lost.
We also played some Golden Tee (golf video game) and I'll just come right out and say it, I won.
And in other news, we saw the Jack Black movie, Nacho Libre, and drank lots of beer.
Also, Papa John's garlic dipping sauce is good.
Every once in a blue moon somebody finds this page and gives me a
compliment. I'm driven by compliments. Do I really care what other people think? Obviously I do, but I don't know why. Anyway thanks for that, you.
