I'll be back for you
So I'm watching the Food Channel and the guy makes hot dogs. Venezuelan hot dogs, he says. Supposedly, in Venezuala they put crushed up potato chips and raw cabbage on there for toppings. He took them to the ball park and the other guy ate like 6 of them so I thought, damn those must be good.
I went to the store.
It was late and my market options were narrow, and I ended up with hot dogs and hamburger buns and a bag of chips. I made hot dog sandwiches and they were better than you might imagine, but it was unsettling to eat such a thing, I don't know why. Some things I find sad to eat. TV dinners by myself for example, I find pathetic. On the other hand, I have no qualms about eating alone in a public restaurant. Maybe it is just as bad that it doesn't bother me, I mean maybe it should.
I knew a girl that was good at making soft boiled eggs. She mixed them in a bowl with pieces of ripped up toast and some salt and pepper, but I couldn't do it. I was bad at peeling them and I'd end up with pieces of shell in it. She's not around anymore so I sometimes just have a piece of bread.
I haven't been posting because I've been having second thoughts about it. I wonder if its cool for me to have a public website with my job? Not like anyone reads it anyway, no one does read this. If you are reading this then you are the only one. Notice the 0 comments on every post, no matter how brilliant. They say that if you have to wonder whether its a good idea then its not. Hmmm. I might decide to put this baby on hold.
I've been working nights the past few weeks and my body is confused. I am only now beginning to adjust to the new schedule but wouldn't you know they are putting me back on days starting next week. That means 5:00 AM wakeup time again if I want to get my coffee before I leave. Gotta get the coffee.
I've been watching this stock, ZOLT (Zoltek Companies, Inc. ) for a little while, and if I'd bought it then I would have made $271 already on a thousand dollar investment. I'm going to keep watching and if it drops to 11 I'm buying the f'er. Frankly I'm pissed that it went up so much already. I'm a total amateur with investing, obviously. I just wanted to put it here so that if it goes through the roof... I called it.
I like it here pretty well, the weather is beautiful. Short sleeves all year round. Good people at work. I miss New York. I will be back one day.
Anyway.
Superbowl pick: Steelers.

It's at 43.95 (from two dollars). I would have made twenty thousand.
