Back in NYC
You might care that:
1) I hate it when people refer to themselves as "foodies" and I hate the Campbell's soup commercial which claims that their soup is enjoyed by foodies.
2) I do not know how to put ice cubes into my glass without dropping at least one onto the floor.
And now for a recap of the last few weeks in one paragraph of incomplete sentences:
Back from vacation (VA), it was good.
Got an iPod for Christmas, now I am addicted to it.
Kept up my running, used the track at the High School.
Got some new shoes, my toes are going back to normal.
Kicked a jam at Ricky's New Year's Eve party, sounded bad but was fun.
Did not meet one single girl.
Learned a new drinking game called LRC (left right center), really a gambling game but I know how to twist it to meet my needs, I'm smart like that.
Made it to the Superbowl in my fantasy league but lost.
Ate turkey. I like to call it walking-bird.
Saw Anchorman again, laughed very hard. The deleted scenes are so funny.
When I got into town and back to my hole apartment, my first order of business was to see what's in the fridge. There was a tuperware container filled with something that had seen better days so I decided not to take a chance on eating it.
Instead, I took it out and emptied it into the trash so that I could wash it, then I dumped the trash down the chute.
I went back into the kitchen to wash the container and it was gone. I got down on my hands and knees to look under the cabinets. I looked in the cupboards, in the fridge, in the freezer, in the living
room. Gone.
Vexing.
It seems that after I so carefully emptied the container I must have just chucked it in the garbage right on top. No brain.
I just got back from my run, it sucked. It was hard and my right foot hurts a little. 5 miles, 42 mins. Poor. Yesterday was good though, 7 miles easy peasy japaneasy. I must have tired myself out more than I thought.
Here is a panoramic (360 degree) view of Times Square on New Year's Eve this year, nice.

You might not be aware of this but I've been "having trouble with the ladies" this year. Here is what one self-proclaimed-singles-expert suggests:

Hey Brad look at this, the amazing four year old drummer.

I had to change my wallpaper because Christmas is over so I'm using this right now, the world's tallest bridge. Crazy.
